THE REFORM SOCIETY
Terms of Use
Effective October 31, 2026
These Terms of Use address use of The Reform Society website, operated by Sorelle and Adelphi LLC, doing business as The Reform Society (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
Using this website
Use this website for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to access accounts or systems without authorization, interfere with site security or operation, upload harmful code, impersonate another person, or misuse the website or information made available through it.
Website information and availability
The website provides information about our studio, class formats, memberships, and ways to contact or book with us. We aim to keep information accurate, but content may contain errors or become outdated. Contact us if you need clarification about an offering.
Schedules, instructors, class formats, availability, and future offerings may change. Descriptions of offerings marked “coming soon” do not guarantee a particular release date or availability. A website inquiry or class recommendation does not reserve a place in a class or create a membership.
Bookings, memberships, and purchases
Memberships and reservations are managed through our booking service and app. Review the specific price, billing frequency, renewal, cancellation, refund, expiration, and other terms presented for your selection before purchasing. Separate membership agreements, purchase terms, studio policies, and participation waivers may apply.
These website Terms of Use do not replace those agreements, change an existing membership, authorize a charge, or create a new cancellation or refund rule. Contact the studio if the website information and terms presented at purchase appear inconsistent. Nothing here limits rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
Movement information and participation
Class descriptions, the class finder, and other website content provide general information. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or an individualized assessment of whether exercise is suitable for you. If you have questions about exercising with a condition or injury, seek guidance from an appropriate healthcare professional and discuss modifications with the studio.
Studio participation is addressed through the studio’s separate intake and waiver process. These Terms of Use are not a liability waiver or a substitute for informed participation guidance.
Our content
Our name, logos, writing, designs, and other original website content belong to The Reform Society or their respective rights holders. You may view and use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please obtain permission before reproducing or commercially using our original content, except where applicable law permits the use.
Third-party services
Our website includes third-party links and an embedded booking service. Those providers operate their own services under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control the operation or availability of third-party websites. Please review their terms before using them or submitting information.
Privacy and communications
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Sending an inquiry does not automatically reserve a class or enroll you in a membership. For questions about marketing subscriptions or booking communications, contact the studio.
Applicable law and updates
These Terms are governed by Pennsylvania law, subject to any mandatory protections and rights that apply to you. Nothing on this page excludes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
We may update these Terms as the website changes. The date shown on this page identifies the latest version. Changes to these website Terms do not by themselves amend a separate membership or purchase agreement.
