GOOD TO KNOW
A few things
you may be wondering.
Comfort starts with knowing
what to expect.
I’ve never tried reformer Pilates. Can I come?
Yes. FORM or RESET is a welcoming starting point if you’re new to the reformer. FORM offers clear guidance through the reformer, foundational movements, and class cues. RESET offers slower movement, mobility, and recovery. If you’d prefer one-on-one support for your first visit, reach out to arrange a private session.
Find my first classHow do the five class formats differ?
FORM is for beginners and anyone who wants to return to the basics, refine technique, or reconnect with the foundations. RITUAL is our signature full-body practice. DEFINE focuses on controlled strength. TEMPO brings a more athletic, energetic feel; a jumpboard may be included. RESET gives you room for slower movement, mobility, and recovery.
Explore the formatsIs FORM just for beginners?
FORM is great for beginners and for experienced movers who want to get back to basics. You can revisit alignment, refine your technique, and give the fundamentals a little more attention at any stage of your practice.
Explore FORMCan I take private sessions instead of group classes?
Absolutely. You can reach out to arrange a private first visit or explore ongoing individual sessions instead of group classes. We’ll talk through your experience, goals, and preferred availability together.
Explore private sessionsHow many people are in a class?
We have six Balanced Body Allegro 2 reformers, with one person per reformer. Small classes are intentional: they make space for personal guidance and connection.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for your first visit. Wear comfortable clothing you can move in, bring water, and bring grip socks. If you don’t have grip socks, we have some available for purchase at the studio.
Can I still join as a founding member?
Founding memberships are sold out. Explore Early Access for 4-, 8-, and 12-class monthly membership options, current pricing, and availability.
Explore membership rhythmsWhat membership options and class packs will you offer?
Early Access will offer memberships with 4, 8, or 12 classes per month. At full opening, we’ll offer those same monthly options, a limited number of unlimited memberships, and class packs. Pricing, class-pack details, and unlimited membership availability will be shared before release.
Find my membership rhythmWill you open with a full schedule?
We’ll begin with a limited schedule to help our team settle into smooth day-to-day operations and give each class thoughtful attention. We plan to expand to a full schedule with classes from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. as we grow. We’d love to hear your class-time requests and workshop ideas.
Help shape the scheduleWhen and where can I book?
When booking opens, use the Booking tab on our website or book through our app.
Visit the booking pageWhat if I need to cancel a class?
Please cancel at least 12 hours before class so another person has the opportunity to attend. Review the late-cancellation and no-show terms before reserving.
What if I have an injury or need a modification?
Let the studio know before your first class so we can discuss the right starting point. If you’re managing an injury, pregnancy, or a medical condition, ask your treating professional what movement is appropriate for you.
