THE REFORM SOCIETY
Privacy Policy
Effective October 31, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Sorelle and Adelphi LLC, doing business as The Reform Society (“we,” “us,” or “our”), handles personal information in connection with our website, studio inquiries, email communications, and membership and booking services.
Information we receive
- Information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, preferences, and the contents of messages, inquiries, suggestions, or email subscriptions you send to us.
- Membership and booking information: information provided through our booking provider, Glofox, such as account and contact details, membership selections, reservations, attendance, purchase history, and payment or transaction information handled through its payment services.
- Website information: technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, referring pages, and pages visited. Our website is hosted by Squarespace, which processes visitor information to deliver, secure, and operate its services. Website analytics may also measure visits and site usage.
- Information you choose to share about your practice: for example, movement experience or information relevant to an accommodation or modification. Please do not send detailed medical records or payment-card information by ordinary email.
The class finder and membership planner on our website calculate recommendations in your browser. Their selections are not submitted to the studio by those tools. Inquiry and suggestion buttons open your email app; we receive your message only if you send it.
How information is used
We use information to respond to inquiries; arrange sessions and accommodations; administer accounts, memberships, reservations, and payments; send service-related messages; send studio news and marketing communications according to your subscription preferences; understand and improve our website and services; and address security, recordkeeping, and legal requirements.
Service providers and disclosures
We use Squarespace for website hosting and email marketing, and Glofox for membership, booking, app-related services, and email communications. These providers and their supporting payment or technology providers process information to deliver their services. Our email service also processes messages you send to the studio.
Information may be available to authorized studio personnel who need it to provide services or respond to you. We may disclose information where required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect legal rights and the security of our services.
Providers may also process information for their own purposes as described in their policies. Read Squarespace’s Privacy Policy and ABC Fitness / Glofox’s Privacy Policy. Services may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate.
Cookies and embedded booking services
Squarespace uses cookies and similar technologies for website functions and, depending on your choices and the configuration, analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Where a cookie preferences control is displayed on this website, you can also use it to review or change your choices for the cookies it manages. Blocking cookies may affect some features.
The embedded booking portal and external booking links connect to Glofox. Loading the portal can send technical information, such as your IP address and browser details, to that service before you sign in. Glofox and its supporting providers may use their own cookies or similar technologies. The website’s Squarespace cookie controls do not necessarily control those third-party technologies. Review the provider’s policy and any choices offered within its service.
Email choices
We use both Squarespace and Glofox to send emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe option in the message, or contact us at hello@thereformsocietypa.com for help managing your preferences across both services. Service messages about transactions, reservations, or your membership may still be necessary even if you opt out of marketing.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including providing services and meeting accounting, legal, and dispute-resolution obligations. Retention can vary by the type of record and the requirements that apply to it.
No website, storage system, or method of transmission is completely secure. Use the booking provider’s payment process rather than sending payment-card details by email. Contact us if you believe information has been sent to us in error.
Your requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to ask questions about how it is handled. We will address requests in accordance with applicable law. We may need to verify your identity and may need to retain certain records to comply with legal obligations or manage existing transactions. You can also use the account controls available through the booking service.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate steps. Eligibility for studio services is addressed separately by the studio.
Updates and contact
We may update this policy as our services or practices change. The date shown on this page identifies the latest version. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent for changes.
