ACCESS TO YOUR PRACTICE
Accessibility
Last updated October 31, 2026
The Reform Society welcomes people with disabilities. We are committed to improving access to our website, information, booking services, and studio experience.
Need help using the website?
If you encounter a barrier while exploring classes, reviewing memberships, or booking a visit, please email hello@thereformsocietypa.com with the subject “Accessibility assistance.” We can help you obtain information and work with you on an accessible way to complete your request.
To help us understand the issue, please share:
- The page or feature you were trying to use.
- A brief description of the barrier.
- Your preferred way for us to respond.
- Your browser, device, or assistive technology, if you wish to share it.
You do not need to provide a diagnosis or detailed medical records to report a website accessibility problem. Please do not email passwords or payment-card information.
Our approach to digital accessibility
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, as a guide for improving the site. Areas we consider include keyboard navigation, descriptive links and image alternatives, readable text and contrast, clear page structure, and usable forms and controls.
Accessibility is an ongoing process. This statement does not represent a claim that every part of the website has been independently audited or fully conforms to WCAG. We welcome feedback about barriers and use it to guide improvements.
Booking and third-party services
Our booking portal and app use Glofox, a third-party service. If you have difficulty using the portal or app, contact the studio at hello@thereformsocietypa.com. We will work with you to provide accessible information and booking assistance and, where appropriate, raise reported issues with the service provider.
We do not ask you to rely solely on a third-party platform to report an accessibility barrier.
Studio access and accommodations
If you would like to discuss access to the studio, communication needs, or a reasonable modification for a visit or class, please contact us. We will discuss your request individually and work with you on access consistent with applicable law. You do not need to purchase a private session simply to request an accommodation.

Laws, guidance, and standards
Our accessibility efforts are informed by the following public-accommodation requirements and resources:
- Americans with Disabilities Act, Title III, and 28 C.F.R. Part 36, including reasonable modifications under § 36.302 and effective communication and auxiliary aids under § 36.303.
- Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, Section 5(i), 43 P.S. § 955(i), concerning discrimination in public accommodations, and 16 Pa. Code § 44.5.
- U.S. Department of Justice guidance on web accessibility.
- W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2. WCAG is a technical accessibility standard; our use of Level AA as a guide is not a representation that a particular WCAG version has been mandated for this private studio’s website.
